Anthony D. Zinnanti, Esq.
Anthony D. Zinnanti is an attorney admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
Since being admitted to practice in November of 1998, Mr. Zinnanti has handled thousands of cases. His practice experience entails dozens of jury and bench trials, administrative matters, over 130 direct appeals and writ petitions and representation on high profile matters. He has practiced before the Internal Revenue Service, IRS Appeals Unit, California Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization, United States Tax Court and state and federal trial and appellate courts on matters pertaining to his areas of practice.
Mr. Zinnanti's practice is now limited to estate planning, probate, trust administrations and related taxation. His practice includes the preparation of Wills, "Living Trusts," complex and special needs trusts, powers of attorney and advanced health care directives, probate petitions, trust administration and related tax matters.
The Scope of Our Practice
Using teleconferencing and email communications, we serve clients throughout all of California.
Our law practice centers on settling estate plans for incapacity planning and succession to beneficiaries, as well as the administration of uncontested trust and probate estates, including the preparation and filing of related tax returns. We work with a range of highly qualified professionals in the areas of accounting, financial planning, real property appraisal and real estate sales.
Where we encounter contested trust and probate matters, we refer litigation matters to one of our associates.
Our commitment to our clients entails assistance with re-titling assets in name of our clients' settled trusts, including the drafting of Grant Deeds and other appropriate instruments to guarantee seamless succession to beneficiaries.
